Refund policy
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE OR CLICK & COLLECT
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the moment you purchase or collect in-store. Simply return your item in an unused & saleable condition within 14 days to receive a full refund or exchange. Please note any breakages of fragile items once it has left the shop will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given if the request to return your order is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
FOR SHIPPED ITEMS

If your item is faulty/damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rebelandashby.com. Please quote your order number in your email. We will also require a description and pictures of any damaged items and packaging:
when photographing the outside of the package, include the shipping label on the damaged package
when photographing the inside of the package, include how the items were wrapped within the shipment
Without this information, we cannot make a claim from our shipping carrier and therefore cannot refund the item(s).
Upon receiving your email, we will review the request and reply to you within 48 hours with next steps to refund or replace.
-- NON-DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS --
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from purchase date. To process your online return, please go to your account and request return. We will then review & process your return and you will receive a shipping label to send back your item(s). You must return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving the shipping label. Please ensure items are returned in the original packaging in a useable/saleable condition. Upon receiving your return, item(s) will be checked and refund will be made within 7 days.
Returns will incur a shipping fee of £4.95.
