Shipping policy

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer free Click & Collect for all orders from our shop in St. Neots. All online purchases must be collected from our shop within 7 days of purchase (if you require us to hold the item for longer, please let us know by email (hello@rebelandashby.com) or phone (01480 700 150).

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

We also offer free local delivery within 3 miles of St Neots for orders over £30. Deliveries take place on Sundays between 11am & 3pm.

UK SHIPPING

We ship to all of Mainland UK. Shipping costs are £4.95. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours and will be received within 1-3 working days from order date. You will receive tracking details and a one-hour time slot for delivery. 

FAILED DELIVERIES

If your first delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will make another attempt to deliver, usually the following weekday. If this is also unsuccessful, the courier leaves a notification at the address giving the address of the branch office where the package can be picked up personally within five weekdays before being returned to us. If your order is returned due to delivery being unsuccessful you will be liable for the redelivery cost or you will be refunded for your order minus the shipping costs.
